The President oversees the coordination of SEE, leads Executive Board meetings, manages organizational communication and alumni relations, and facilitates major events and director recruitment. They serve as the liaison to campus partners and are a member of the Operations Team.

The VP of Finance manages SEE's budgeting, financial tracking, fundraising, and sponsorship efforts, while improving internal processes and coordinating MOUs. They liaise between the SEE Funding and Executive Boards and are part of the Operations Team.

The Collaborations Director chairs the SEE Funding Board, oversees co-sponsorship requests, and serves as the liaison to the Executive Board. They also build relationships with student organizations and provide financial and non-financial support as part of the Operations Team.

The Membership Director handles member recruitment, alumni communication, training, and community building within SEE. They also coordinate key events like General Interest Meetings and the Art Attack VIP Reception.

The Research and Archives Director conducts and provides research for SEE program proposals, coordinating with the Executive Board and other universities to support decision making. They also manage SEE’s digital and physical archives as part of the Operations Team.

The Production Operations Director oversees production scheduling, safety planning, crew organization, and load-in/load-out processes. They also support event execution and serve on the Production Team.

The VenTech Director coordinates all technical and venue-related logistics for SEE events, including contracting A/V services, managing set-ups, and reserving venues. They liaise with campus departments and are part of the Production Team.

The Security Director ensures safety at SEE events by managing ProTeam, coordinating with police, running trainings, and developing event security plans. They lead signage efforts and collaborate with the Production Operations Director.

The Hospitality Director manages hospitality logistics for SEE events, including performer needs, greenroom setups, and Motorpool coordination. They ensure a welcoming environment and are part of the Production Team.

The Concerts Director manages music programming, including concerts like Art Attack and Battle of the Bands, across large campus venues. They serve on the Programmers Team.

The Comedy Director plans diverse comedy events such as Homecoming shows and student showcases in various campus venues. They are a member of the Programmers Team.

The Cinema Director organizes and manages a variety of film screenings and movie-related events, including at least 20 programs annually. They are part of the Programmers Team.

The Performing Arts Director curates unique live events such as theater, dance, and poetry, and co-leads Art Attack Day Events. They are a member of the Programmers Team.

The Special Events and Traditions Directors coordinate campus-wide cultural and tradition-based events, such as the All Niter and Maryland Day, and co-manage Art Attack Day Events. They work with various campus departments and are on the Programmers Team.
