ABOUT STEPHANIE BEATRIZ

A natural talent with a striking presence, Stephanie Beatriz continues to skillfully navigate the entertainment industry with an array of versatile and complex roles defining her body of work. Beatriz stars in the beloved comedy BROOKLYN NINE-NINE, which was brought back by popular demand on NBC and will premiere its eighth and final season in 2021. It was recently announced that Beatriz was cast in the anthology series TRANS LOS ANGELES, the debut feature film of transgender writer and director Kase Peña. The anthology will be made up of four standalone short films. Beatriz will star alongside Carmen Carrera and YaYa Gosselin in the segment entitled PERIOD.

With a gifted voice that transcends, Beatriz has also lent her voice to a variety of noteworthy, animated projects, including Raphael Bob-Waksberg’s Critics’ Choice award winning adult comedy BOJACK HORSEMAN from Netflix; Loren Bouchard’s Primetime Emmy Award winning sitcom BOB’S BURGERS from Fox Broadcasting; Mike Thurmeier’s ICE AGE: COLLISION COURSE from Twentieth Century Fox; and the family comedy DANGER & EGGS from Amazon. This success follows her riveting leading performance in the 2017 SXSW Audience Award winning film, THE LIGHT OF THE MOON, in which she also served as an executive producer.
