Event Description
SEE’s annual Homecoming Comedy Show is back and better than ever! This year’s no-phone comedy show will be co-headlined by Josh Johnson and Sal Vulcano. They will take the stage, performing individual sets, on Thursday, October 15th in XFINITY Center at 8:00pm. Doors open at 6:30 pm and close at 8:30pm. Tickets are required for entry; UMD community tickets are $20, Terrapin Club member tickets are $40, and registered Alumni Association member tickets along with general public tickets are $50.
Josh Johnson
Since getting his start writing and performing comedy on TV with a residency on The Tonight show starring Jimmy Fallon, Josh Johnson has been nothing short of a prolific comedian, writing for The Daily Show and joining their lineup of hosts. Additionally, Johnson's stand-up has caught the attention of not only tens of millions of viewers around the world but also of Comedy Central, who pulished his first special in 2021. Since then, Johnson has completed a sold-out tour of the U.S. and planned his next tour with European dates.
Sal Vulcano
While most know Sal Vulcano from his role in the iconic 2010's comedy staple Impractical Jokers, Vulcano has been a stellar stand-up comedian for much longer than he's been a TV personality. Vulcano got his start with the other "jokers" by establishing their comedy troupe, "The Tenderloins" in 1999. Since then, Vulcano has gone on stand-up tours, with his first special, Terrified, being published in 2024. Don't miss the chance to SEE Josh and Sal at UMD!
