Join SEE for another year of Moonlit Music, SEE’s fall welcome concert, with Samia headlining! The concert will be on Saturday August 29th at 9:00 p.m. in Nyumburu Amphitheater. In the event of rain, the concert will be held in the Stamp Student Union’s Colony Ballroom. Doors open at 8:15 p.m. and a UMD ID is required for entry. Tickets are not required for this event and entry to the venue will be on a first-come, first-served basis, pursuant to venue capacity and campus policies. Samia
Samia Finnerty is a singer-songwriter, musician, and performer. She has been making music under the mononym Samia since 2017, yet has recently received breakthrough recognition for her critically-acclaimed 2025 album Bloodless alongside her 2025 NPR Tiny Desk performance, catapulting her song "Pool," originally released in 2020, into the limelight. In the fall, Samia will be opening for Role Model's Chuck on Tour shows across the U.S. and, in 2027, will support select dates of Gracie Abrams's The Look at My Life Tour. Don't miss your chance to see her perform at UMD!

If any individual takes action that results in the event needing to end early, the responsible party may be held liable for any damages, financial or otherwise.
