Ticket Policies

Xfinity Center

Line Up: 4:30pm  | Doors Open – 6:00pm  | Concert Starts – 8 pm  | Doors Close – 9:30pm


 

Please note that with a purchase of tickets to this event, you agree to these ticket policies.

Ticket Policies

  • Current students, faculty and staff of the University of Maryland may purchase up to one (1) tickets per UMD ID. There is a four (4) ticket limit for general public tickets per person.

  • To enter the event with a UMD ticket, a valid UMD ID (students/faculty/staff) must be presented along with the ticket.

  • Persons with a UMD ticket who do not have a valid UMD ID will either be sent to the Stamp Ticket Office staff on site at the venue to upgrade to a non- UMD ticket or told to return with their UMD ID.

  • UMD ID is not needed for a General Public ticket.

  • If tickets are purchased online via www.umdtickets.com, THEY MUST BE PRINTED OUT and presented at the door, as all tickets will be scanned.

  • Those who line up at Gate E will be given the option of receiving a wristband for floor access. Gate E is the only entry point for Floor Access. Wristbands are not guaranteed.   

  • The wristband will be put on by the SEE Security staff and will allow you to leave and re-enter the floor area. Only unripped wristbands on a wrist will be given floor access. Torn, damaged, and unworn wristbands will not be accepted.

  • Tickets can be purchased at the Stamp Ticket Office or online up until and on the day of the event. A limited number of tickets will be on sale at the Xfinity Center on the day of the concert (if they are still available). Please note that this show might sell out in advance of the show date.

  • There will be no refunds or exchanges available online or at the Stamp Ticket Office for any reason.

At the Door

  • Ticket-Holders should not line up outside of the Xfinity Center before 4:00pm on the event date.

  • Those who line up at Gate E will be given the option of receiving a wristband for floor access. Gate E is the only entry point for Floor Access. Wristbands are not guaranteed.   

  • The wristband will be put on by the SEE Security staff and will allow you to leave and re-enter the floor area.

 

  • BAG POLICY- Fans will only be able to carry the following style and size bags into the stadium all of which are subject to search:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12"

  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)

  • Small clutch bags, measuring 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or strap

  • All other bags will not be permitted. A list of prohibited bags includes, but is not limited to: purses, backpacks, drawstring bags that are not clear, briefcases, coolers, fanny packs, luggage, computer bags, camera bags, binocular cases and diaper bags. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The University of Maryland cannot safeguard items that are not permitted into the stadium.

  • BAG SEARCH-All bags are subject to search upon entry and are subject to additional searches within the arena.

  • Camera and Videotaping Policy: No cameras or videotapes of any sort are allowed into the venue. Any individuals with cameras, video recorders or computers will be asked to leave them outside of the venue.

  • No outside food or drink is allowed in to the Xfinity Center. Concessions will be open during the concert.

  • There is also a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy at the event venue. UMD is a Smoke-Free Campus. Anyone in violation of any event policies could be asked to leave the event. Anyone with forbidden items (i.e., food) will be asked to throw them away and/or leave them in their vehicle or residence.

  • Individuals who are driving to the event are advised to park in Lot 4b and Lot 9b. These lots are free after 4:00pm.

  • There is NO RE-ENTRY to the event after leaving Xfinity Center. Doors for the event will close promptly at 9:30pm.

  • Services for Individuals with Disabilities/Accessibility: Individuals with access needs should contact Laura Hood (lcm@umd.edu) when you purchase this ticket. Accommodations will be made to the best of our ability.
